Invoke Skill List Connections

post/api/v1/skills/list.connections/invoke

List the caller's connected accounting systems (Xero today) and their data-sync health — answers 'what am I connected to', 'is my Xero connected', 'did the sync finish'. Returns each connection's tenant name, type, status, last sync time, and per-entity sync_state (written/failed per entity). No parameters.
